Terms of Payment: All invoices are Net 30 Days from date of shipment on approved credit. A 2% per month interest charge will be assessed on all outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

Minimum Order: Due to the cost of processing orders a minimum value of $50.00 is necessary. Minimum order quantities on some items may apply. Your best effort to combine orders is highly appreciated and would save you in the long term.

Qualifying customers: Our business is built on serving the research, industrial and educational communities in North America. Some purchases may be restricted if a customer cannot demonstrate a valid or legal need for the products.

International customers: We will on occasion accept orders from international customers outside of North America, subject to rules and regulations of appropriate national and international governments and agencies.

Specifications: Due to product improvements and design changes some items may differ from the. original specifications listed in a catalog or online. The Fulfiller reserves the right to make changes in specifications and designs without notice or liability.

Freight: Freight terms are F.O.B. Fulfiller’s warehouse(s). Unless otherwise specified all orders will be shipped via the carrier of choice by Fulfiller. Requests for shipping by special arrangement will be at customer's expense.

Transportation Regulations: All Chemicals and Dangerous or Hazardous Goods will be shipped in accordance with applicable Transportation Regulations.

Dangerous Goods Surcharges and Packaging Charges may apply: Please consult for Dry-Ice or Blue-Ice charges at time of order.

Return Goods Policy: Any returns due to our errors will be expeditiously replaced or credited in full. Our Customer Service department must authorize all returns. Goods ordered in error or duplicated because of unmarked confirmation will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.

Customer Service will supply a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and Shipping Instructions. Please include this number and a copy of our invoice or a letter with all necessary details along with your shipment.
